Please pre-register for your preferred class via our schedule.

It is possible to purchase access to the class on-site up to 5 minutes before the class (upon availability).

We have props (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps) for all students but feel free if you prefer to bring your own mat.

We recommend bringing a small towel. We don’t have showers at this moment.

We are located at Rua da Conceiçao 60, Porto, Portugal.

Open doors: 20 min before class starts

Last entrance: 5 min before class starts

Please include some extra time to find the studio when you first visit and please let us know if you’re running late (contacts here).

Please check if your watch is set to the Portugal time zone (GMT) to ensure you're on the correct date and time for your appointment.

At check-in inform the teacher about any injuries or limitations we should be aware of.
